Account

You can register using email or your Google account. Click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner, fill in your information, and verify your email to complete registration.
Go to Dashboard > Settings > Change Password. Enter your current password and new password, then click Save.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your registered email. The system will send a password reset link to your email.
Go to Dashboard > Profile, click on your current avatar to upload a new image. Supports JPG, PNG formats, maximum 5MB.
Currently you need to contact support to request account deletion. Note: after deletion, all data cannot be recovered.
Your account may be locked due to terms of service violations. Please contact support via email or create a support ticket for assistance.
On the login page, click the "Sign in with Google" button and select your Google account. If this is your first time, the system will automatically create a new account.

Selling & Creators

Go to Dashboard > Register as Creator, fill in your shop info and portfolio. Admin will review and approve within 1-3 business days.
The platform takes a 20% commission for each sale. You receive 80% of the revenue from each product sold.
Go to Creator Center > Payout Request. Enter the amount and your bank account details. Withdrawal requests are processed within 3-5 business days.
Products may be rejected if: quality doesn't meet standards, copyright infringement, inaccurate description, or inappropriate content. Check the rejection reason in the notification email and revise accordingly.
There is no limit on the number of products. You can upload as many products as you want, as long as they meet quality standards.
Some tips: optimize product title and description, use high-quality preview images, add relevant hashtags, update products regularly, and engage with buyers through reviews.
Each asset file can be up to 2GB. You can attach multiple files to a single product.
Products are typically reviewed within 1-3 business days. Review time may be longer during periods of high submission volume.
Yes, you can edit the title, description, price, hashtags, and preview images. However, changing asset files will require re-review.
The minimum withdrawal amount is 100,000 VND (100 Coins). There is no withdrawal fee.

Yes, the website is responsive and works well on all mobile devices, tablets, and desktops.
You can create a support ticket in Dashboard > Support, or email support@assetsboxdigital.com. Response time is typically within 24 hours.
Try clearing your browser cache, disabling extensions, or using a different browser. If the issue persists, please take a screenshot and submit a support ticket.
Yes, we use SSL encryption, store passwords in hashed form, and comply with data security standards. Payment information is processed through secure payment gateways.
Currently the website supports 2 languages: Vietnamese and English. You can switch languages from the top menu.
Check your internet connection and try again. If money was deducted but you didn't receive Coins, create a support ticket with your transaction receipt. We will resolve it within 24 hours.
After purchasing and downloading a product, you can review it by going to the product page and selecting a star rating (1-5) with a comment. Reviews help the community choose better products.

Payment & Coin

Coin is the currency unit in the AssetsBox Digital system. 1 Coin = 1,000 VND. You use Coins to purchase products on the platform.
Go to Dashboard > Wallet > Top Up. Select the amount of Coins you want, the system will generate a bank transfer QR code. Coins will be added automatically after successful payment.
We currently support domestic bank transfers through our automated payment system. Payments are confirmed within a few minutes.
Please wait 5-10 minutes for the system to process. If you still haven't received them after 30 minutes, create a support ticket with a screenshot of your transfer receipt.
Buyer's Coins cannot be withdrawn as cash. However, creators can request payout from their sales revenue to their bank account.
No, Coins do not expire. You can keep Coins in your wallet and use them at any time.
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not support refunds after download. If the product is defective or not as described, please create a support ticket for review.
Go to Dashboard > Wallet to view your complete history of Coin top-ups, purchases, and other transactions.

Licensing & Legal

Yes, most products come with a commercial license allowing use in commercial projects. Check the "License" section on the product page for details.
No, the license is for the individual buyer only. Sharing or redistributing products to others violates the terms of service.
No, you cannot resell products in their original form. However, you can use them as part of your final product (e.g., using a template to create a website for a client).
Please report it immediately through a support ticket or email. We will review and remove infringing products as soon as possible.
Yes, the license allows using products in multiple personal and commercial projects, with no limit on quantity.
You retain intellectual property rights to your product. By uploading to the platform, you grant us distribution rights and grant buyers usage rights per the license.

Downloads & Products

After purchase, you can download unlimited times. The product will always be available in the "Purchases" section on your Dashboard.
Check if you have compatible software installed (see "Supported Software" on the product page). If the file is corrupted, try re-downloading or create a support ticket.
Yes, when the creator updates a product, you will receive free updates if you have previously purchased it.
Use the search bar, filter by category, supported software, file type, hashtags, or price range. You can also browse by creator.
Yes, each product has preview images, detailed description, and demo video (if available). However, original files can only be downloaded after purchase.
Click the heart icon on the product page or in the product listing. View your wishlist at Dashboard > Wishlist.
Free products have the same quality and usage rights as paid products. However, some free products may require attribution.
Download speed depends on your internet connection. Try switching networks or downloading during off-peak hours. If still slow, contact support.

VIP & Subscription

VIP members can download all products for free during their subscription period, with no limits on quantity. They also receive a VIP badge on their profile.
We offer 4 plans: Honor (free, limited downloads), Bronze (1 month), Silver (3 months), and Gold (12 months). Longer plans have lower monthly costs.
No, VIP does not auto-renew. When your VIP plan expires, you need to purchase a new plan to continue.
No, all products downloaded during your VIP period remain yours and can be re-downloaded at any time.
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. The remaining time from your current plan will be added to the new plan.
You can pay for VIP using Coins in your wallet or direct bank transfer. Go to Dashboard > VIP > Select a plan and pay.
Yes, creators still earn revenue from VIP downloads. Revenue is calculated based on download count and distributed from the monthly VIP fund.
